We left Charleston at 7:30am for the drive back to Summerville and was on the road riding by 9:20am. With some route changes to avoid more riding on Highway 17A, the expected mileage to Andrews was 66 instead of 60 miles. The day which saw rain overnight, became quite warm and humid, but the alternate route was well worth the effort. Andrews is a small town with a population of about 3,000, but they had a Chinese restaurant run by a family that immigrated from China about 2 years ago, so I had to give it a try. The others went for Italian mainly because beer was available there. I thought the Chinese food was good and enjoyed talking with Ryan who is 25 and has a month old baby son.

Nice story about Ryan, Herb. Sounds like you are having a memorable good time.
